The Profile Details screen displays information about the ArchiOffice Online company and users. It provides name, address and other profile details of the ArchiOffice Online account holder when accessed from the Manage Users tab (by clicking Edit). When accessed from the My Account tab (by clicking Edit) by the Owner of the online account, it also displays the billing address and credit card information.
The following are descriptions of fields on this screen:
Account Details
Company:
Displays the name of the ArchiOffice Online company.
Profile Details
First Name:
Displays the first name of the ArchiOffice Online user.
MI:
Displays the initial of the middle name of the ArchiOffice Online user.
Last Name:
Displays the last name or surname of the ArchiOffice Online user.
Email:
Displays the email address of the user. This is the ID that is used to log into the account.
Company:
Displays the name of the company for whom the ArchiOffice Online account is created.
Street:
Displays the street address of the company.
City:
Displays the city where the company is located.
State:
Displays the state or province where the company is located.
Zip:
Displays the zip or postal code associated with the company’s address.
Country:
Displays the country or region in which the company is located.
Phone:
Displays the phone number of the company.
Mobile:
Displays the mobile number of the owner of the company.
Fax:
Displays the company’s fax number.
Industry:
Displays the industry to which the company belongs.
Billing Details
This section displays the billing details of the ArchiOffice Online account and can be accessed by the Owner only. If the billing information is the same as the Profile Details, select ‘Same as Above’ check box. If the details differ, then enter the information here.
Credit Card Information
This section displays the credit card information for payment purposes and can be accessed by the Owner only.
Type:
Displays the type of credit card used for making payments, e.g., Visa, Mastercard, etc.
Name on Card:
Displays the name as mentioned on the credit card.
Credit Card #:
Displays the credit card number used to make payments.
Expiry Date:
Displays the month and year when the credit card expires.
Code:
Displays the security code provided on the credit card.
Save:
Click to save or update the profile details.
