My Account tab displays the account information of the user logged into ArchiOffice Online. It allows you to view and edit the account details, change password and open the company database.
Account Info
Account ID (Email):
This displays the user name or account ID, and provides an option to change your password. The passwords are case-sensitive.
View Sample File:
Click this to view the sample database that comes with ArchiOffice Online.
Company List
This displays the ArchiOffice Online Company files that the Owner has created and is authorized to access. From this list, you can get information about the current number of subscribers as well as the expiration date of the ArchiOffice Online subscription.
Clicking Edit allows you to view the Profile Details of the company. In case of multiple databases, clicking Open allows you to choose the company file that you want to open and work with.
The
Company List will be visible only if you are logged in as the Owner of
the online company. Standard Users and Administrators will not be able
to view or access this list.
