The ArchiOffice Online Reports screen displays settings (that is, Detail or Summary, Sort options and Totals) that can be used to run and view the reports as a PDF, or as an RTF output. The Export output option only exports a list of the records you selected for inclusion in the report.
Do the following to save reports in Excel format, while maintaining your display detail settings:
Click Reports on the navigation bar.
Select a report for printing from the Standard Reports list.
Configure the display detail settings (that is, Type, Sort, Totals, etc.) and select the records to include in the report.
Choose Export as the output format and click Run Report.
