Phase tasks are grouped by type (for example, Administrative or Documents). Do the following to add a new task type:
Select Preferences from the master drop-down list.
Open the RFP folder and click Tasks.
Select a phase in the Phases section. Its related tasks display in the list below the phases.
Select Add Task type from the Type drop-down list.
Enter a description or name for the task type.
Click Delete to remove a task type.
